The show is hosted by Mark Gober, a consciousness researcher and author of An End to Upside Down Thinking, who happens to be a former Wall Street banker working in Silicon Valley. Cassi Vieten, PhD: President of the Institute of Noetic Sciences

Cassandra Vieten, Ph.D. is President and Senior Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, San Diego, and Associated Faculty at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her research has focused on spirituality and health, transformative experiences, and mindfulness-based interventions for emotional well-being. She explores how psychology, biology, and spirituality interact to affect experience and behavior.

She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and completed her research training in behavioral genetics at the University of California, San Francisco. She is the author of Mindful Motherhood: Practical Tools for Staying Sane During Pregnancy and Your Child’s First Year, and co-author of Living Deeply: The Art and Science of Transformation in Everyday Life, and Spiritual Competencies in Clinical Practice: Guidelines for Psychologists and Mental Health Professionals.
